The hotel is nice and clean, staff is very friendly and helpful. Walking distance from shopping mall, city center and restaurants, parking in the front of the hotel. I wish they had more options for breakfast but anyway everything was fresh and tasty. I really appreciate very clean bathroom. We enjoyed our stay in Hotel Stadtkrug, thank you. :)

Besonders gefallen hat mir die moderne Gestaltung des Hotels, die traditionelle Elemente geschickt und stimmig eingebunden hat. Außerdem waren die Mitarbeiter äußerst freundlich und jederzeit erreichbar.

Kommunikation unmöglich

Die Reise wurde nach der Buchung telefonisch im gültigen Zeitfenster umgebucht. Selbst am darauffolgenden TAG wurde mir diese Umbuchung persönlich vor Ort nach erneuter Rücksprache bestätigt. Am Anreisetag wusste die Chefin nichts von der Umbuchung und meinte nur ihre Mitarbeiterin ist neu und hätte diese Umbuchung nie tätigen dürfen - sehr ärgerlich da natürlich nun alle Möglichkeiten verstrichen sind und noch dazu sehr pampig. Die „neue“ Mitarbeiterin, die auf mich gar nicht neu wirkte darf meiner Meinung nach bei so viel Unwissen nicht alleine arbeite . Der Dumme ist da der Gast Egal werde dieses Hotel niemals wieder buchen … schade ☹️

Das Zimmer war sehr schmutzig auch das Bad Vor dem Hotel gab es nur 4 kostenpflichtige Parkplätze die waren dauerbelegt ich musste im Parkhaus gegenüber parken für 16€ über die Nacht ich hatte nur ein kleines Bett kein Twin Bett wie versprochen das TV Programm war ohne Sky TV was mir bei der Buchung ebenfalls zugesichert wurde Ich werde nie wieder dieses Hotel betreten und natürlich auch nicht weiterempfehlen Aktuell bin ich in der Nähe von Mannheim in einem wunderbaren Hotel übrigens gleiche Kategorie und ziemlich genau der gleiche Preis Ich kann mir Beurteilungen erlauben da ich häufig geschäftlich unterwegs bin

Enttäuschender Aufenthalt

Das Bett war schrecklich! Ich konnte nur 5 Stunden schlafen. Es war alt, durchgelegen und hat Geräusche verursacht beim Umdrehen in der Nacht. Das Bad war ohne Lüftungsanlage wodurch nach dem Duschen der Wasserdampf im Zimmer stand. Es gab keine Steckdose im Bad für Rasierer, Fön oder ähnliches. Das Hotel ist alt aber wurde renoviert und war sehr sauber! Das Frühstück war ok, aber auch nicht zufriedenstellend. Es gab nur Filter Kaffee da die Kaffeemaschine seit dem Start von Corona nicht mehr benutzt wird. Der Saft war eher ein Nektar und nicht lecker. Das Frühstücksei war ungefragt flüssig. Wer das so mag gerne, aber für mich war das nichts. Der gesamte Aufenthalt in dem Hotel war eher eine Enttäuschung.
