“Great location for us (friends in Denford) Beverley (the owner) was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a little greasy for me. Quite a heavy farm smell in the morning.”

“Receptionist was welcoming, helpful and cheerful. Light continental Breakfast was fine. Bathroom shower head scaled and didn’t function properly, so I rubbed a deodorant lid over it to break up the scale then it worked fine. There was signs of mould around the shower. On arrival room was very cold. Turned on the panel heater in room and took 90 mins to reach 20c”

“Beautiful location, friendly and helpful staff, reliable wifi for business travelers. I arrived before check in time and the owner was very kind and gave me another room that was ready. Local community is very close but kind to outsiders. Convenience store very close by. Will definitely stay there again when I travel to that area. “Everything about this property was perfect. Lovely clean room with modern power shower beautifully tiled. Lots of little extras such as luxury soap, shower gel, body lotion. Plenty of tea and coffee sachets and a small bottle of milk each day, not to mention the little chocolates and hot chocolate and biscuits. A small fridge with ice box in the room and of course a kettle. They just enjoyed adding those extra touches which make all the difference. The outdoor pool and sunbeds were perfect...
