The hotel is almost adjacent to the city's music theater, close to great dining options and only a 20 minute walk (uphill) to the medieval fortress Sparrenburg which is absolutely worth a visit and offers great views over Bielefeld and its surroundings. "Modern room with almost all of the amenities you would expect -- refrigerator, TV, kettle -- but there is no AC so be aware. The bathroom was roomy, with a tub/shower (but watch your step getting in). For me this was a convenient location to walk through the old parts of the city and it's narrow, cobblestone roads."

"We love the location of this hotel, in the center of Bielefeld and you can walk everywhere, perfect. Plumbing could be worked on, smells a little, needs the be cleaned and renewed, but other than that great hotel, location, nice staff"
