"The bright spot of the hotel was the desk clerk who checked us in. She was so cheerful and nice. The bathroom was not clean. The base of the toilet was covered in urine. The tub was rusty and dirt was embedded in the tub’s bottom. The wash cloth was like sandpaper and the 2 towels were miniature size."
