I liked the fact that there is a full size fridge & mini kitchen BUT that's it! No coffee machine, no soap or shampoo, no dishes or utensils. Floors are sticky like never been mopped. Elevator broke and stairs stunk like dog poo. I was charged $100 non refundable deposit for having a dog instead of $75 as it states on the website and told me website info needs to be updated. Unbelievable!! I couldn't go somewhere else so I stayed but never ever coming here again and it was the worst experience I had.

Upon arrival, the smell of stale smoke, Marijuana, and mold was overwhelming. The entire place had an air of disrepair and neglect. In the room, there were mysterious rusty red splatters on the ceiling and a THICK layer of dust on all the lamps. One lamp didnt have a shade. The shower head belonged in a prison, and the bed was worse than an old convertible couch bed. Good: The linens were very clean and so was the bathroom. There were no sign of rodents or bugs. The front desk staff was polite.
Clean, but we were told that if we used the stove we had to turn it up high for 30 seconds and then off or it would set off the smoke alarms

Random splatter all over the ceiling. Might or might not be of human origin, but it was everywhere on the ceiling. Was definitely not rust.

The check-in server was more than great above and beyond to help me get a remote a working TV and pillows in my room that were in there when I checked in nor was the elevator working or ice machine it looked like someone's been shot in my room blood all over the wall so unsafe unsecure and like I was going to get begged bugs

Not as good as used to be

It was a clean place. Staff is super nice. Just that some of the clientele that now are there are not off the best crowd is all I can say. Def had gone downhill over the last few months.

This place is okay but really needs help with the housekeeping department.The towels and toilet paper were missing upon checking in. The housekeeping staff did a terrible job.There were plastic bags and food left from the previous person. There was hair left all over the bathroom floor and sink.They left soap caked on the bathroom floor and there wax left on the floor as well. The base trim was cheap and faling off the walls and you could see the trash collecting in the glue. The previous person had placed a paper towel over the fire alarm and the housekeepers did not take it down. You can tell that there are long term guests there and some were extremely loud and you could hear fights.The stove and full size fridge were great.It is not a terrible place but needs better housekeeping.

NO POOL/HOT TUB/FITNESS CENTER as the website says

We chose this hotel because of the pool, hot tub, and fitness room. We booked a room for three adults with two beds. Check in took 45 minutes due to shift change but staff was great. After we paid and they went to assign a room they told us they did not have any rooms with 2 beds even though we had booked online. They only had 1 king bed, and only 2 adults were allowed to stay so someone would have to sleep in the car. We demanded a refund but since the payment had already been processed they could not give one, only the manager could and she was off until the following week. The staff finally said all 3 adults could stay in the one bed but they would just write down that there were only 2 adults in the room. Once there we found out the hotel does not have a pool, hot tub, or fitness center anymore. It had all been taken out 4 years prior. We had only been at the hotel for 45 minutes but told them we were leaving to find another hotel and was given the name of the manager to call next week. The following week the manager said we did not give notice we were leaving but after talking to the staff found out we did. She granted the refund but after 2 weeks I still had not gotten it. Called back and the manager said she had delayed giving the refund but it should come now. It was 3 1/2 weeks before I got a refund.

The other people living here play loud music all day long and smoke weed and cigarettes indoors and you can smell it heavy in the hallways. No breakfast, no ice machine, the pool has been removed, there is only 1 good dryer out of the 4, the wifi cuts in and out, but at least they USUALLY have toilet paper, and its a short walk to the gas station for some ice.

My door to my room was wide-open, propped by a chair. Additionally the property is under heavy renovation and the concrete dust is everywhere. Room shower did not have a shower curtain, sofa, trash can, and was dirty with a ton of concrete dust. One staff member tried hard to make it right, but it was too far gone. Checked out - did not stay. Until renovations are completed I cannot recommend this property.

When we got to our hotel room there were ants all over the walls and in the closet, the floors were sticky, and dirty. The room looked like it hadn’t been clean in a while. The room also looked like it was falling apart and all the holes in the wall.
