Schöne Anlage, sauberes Zimmer, freundliches Personal. Der Strand ist nicht sehr weitläufig. Man kann keine langen Strandspaziergänge machen. Das Baden ist optimal, da man durch die Sandbänke ziemlich weit raus gehen kann und stehen auch noch möglich ist. Das Essen war gut, leider nicht sehr abwechslungsreich, aber das ist Geschmacksache. Für Familien auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen

We had an absolutely incredible stay at Grecotel Casa Marron and will definitely be returning, even though it’s a long journey for us all the way from Canada! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how stylish, beautifully designed, and well-kept the entire property is. The accommodations exceeded our expectations. Our room was kept spotless with daily cleaning service, and while sheets and towels are standardly refreshed every three days, the housekeeping team is more than happy to change them whenever you ask. Having fresh beach towels provided and easily exchangeable throughout our stay made pool and beach days completely hassle-free. The dining experience was another major highlight. Every meal offered delicious food with incredible variety, ranging from fresh fish and quality meats to plenty of fantastic vegetarian dishes. Between the two main bars open until midnight and the specialized ice cream, snack, and pasta bars scattered around, there was always something great to grab throughout the day. Travelling with a toddler can sometimes be challenging, but this resort made it effortless. The pools are fantastic, and my two-year-old was utterly obsessed with the pool slides. In fact, we spent so much time enjoying the water that we didn't even make it to the playground located right behind our room! On top of that, we never had to stress about finding a place to relax because there were always plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas available around the grounds.

Great location, will make you want to come back

The stay was amazing. From the grounds to the amenities, to the service to the staff, it was above and beyond expectations. A highly recommended location for families. The all inclusive makes it easy, especially if you are not into moving around. Food was amazing with plenty of options to choose from. Staff very accommodating and friendly.

I want to give this hotel a better star rating than ok because it’s a lovely place and the staff are super, however this is a ‘Kids Go for Free’ hotel, and going as a couple wanting a relaxing getaway in October it was more like a kindergarten with almost everyone (literally) having pre-school age children with them. Meal times were noisy.

Our experience was decent. Food was good and the beach was lovely. Staff was very friendly and helpful, albeit management needs improvement as the resort was lacking in amenities that should be offered at a 4+ star level. For a “luxury resort” we expect basic room amenities like body lotion and conditioner, both of which were absent. This is not typical in our past Grecotel experiences. Likewise, the resort fell short of what was advertised as the rooms were not as depicted in the images. They were very basic and generally poorly constructed. (Racks falling from closets, hardware and toilet accessories not fastened to the walls, headboard disconnected from the beds, etc.) When we expressed these shortcomings we were given the option to switch rooms for an additional price; when the product is not to the standard it is sold, it shouldn’t be on the onus of the guest to pay for the lack of care from the owner. Again, this is a flaw in management and should be closely observed by the Grecotel group at this location.
