"The hotel is very nice in nearly all respects. However, our single-night stay was a bit subpar, as we didn't get a full rest. Our room (#501) was located under a service area, with workers frequently using a heavy door that was opening/shutting very frequently starting at 7 am. The door shut noise was very audible and woke us up. The management should fix this issue, or warn their customers about it. "
