"Room immaculate and serviced everyday. Nice bathroom too. All service areas seemed very clean. Restaurant was good value, nice food and service. I used the small but quite well stocked gym which was very useful. Great location next to skytower, bus station to airport and few streets from the harbour and central part of town. All staff were very helpful, well presented and polite. Would highly recommend"

"We enjoyed our stay. The hotel is well situated in the city and we were able to eat, shop, and sightsee with everything within an easy distance of the hotel. The only hiccup was that I had initially reserved Social 1 King and then modified the reservation to a Social King View Inclusions Galore, within what I thought was a reasonable timeframe, but when we arrived they only said we had the original reservation and I had to show them my Hotels.com app to prove that we had upgraded our reservation. We ended up not receiving all the inclusions, but we did get the parking included, which was fine. On the last day of our stay, they apologized for the mixup. I would stay here again and try not to alter my reservation so as not to cause any problems."

"The room was immaculate and the lounge access in the pinnacle tower was well worth the extra expense. The staff were great. Only downer was the pool area is looking tired and the spa pool didn't look clean."

"I liked that they provided a good breakfast, but only thing I didn't like is that there is no elevator. Staff helped me carry my checked and carry-on bags so that was great, but without their help, I wouldn't have been able to carry them up or down the flight of stairs."
