"Our room.was pool side and excellent. Pool was incredible and large. Never went to the beach due to it being small. Buffet breakfast was delicious. 5 min walk to store"

"Property was very clean , well kept . Room was cleaned daily and a/c worked well . Really noce pool except had many small blue tiles missing from the bottom . Food was good at the restaurants but the buffed was a little small and always a long line at the egg/omelet station . Also there was only bacon on Friday ,, I love bacon , lol . Beach was awesome , clean , perfect water . Never found any servers to bring drinks on the beach but the bar was close by . Security was great and had police presence on the beach every day , never felt unsafe . Will definitly return !!! "

"Arca Roatàn was the most beautiful hotel that we have stayed at. We loved the intimate feel of the place. The staff were so friendly and greeted us by name or room number. They were helpful in booking local taxes, airport transfers and so much more. The beach location is gorgeous! We were steps away from the ocean with any room but ours was right at the front! So awesome!!! We would return to Arca Roatàn for sure!!! Until next time...."

"We had a great stay overall. The hotel is located right in the main tourist area, close to everything and surrounded by other hotels, which is very convenient. The beach is absolutely beautiful, and we were lucky as there was almost no seaweed during our stay. Only one day, right before we left, a lot of sargassum washed in. We were barefoot most of the time since there’s sand everywhere, which adds to the relaxed, laid-back vibe. The dive center is excellent — very friendly and they take great care of you. We had an amazing diving experience with them. Breakfast is okay, nothing special. The beach restaurant is very good, although a bit pricey — but that’s expected in a very touristy area. We truly enjoyed the experience and would definitely come back."

"Bananarama was just a real fun atmosphere. The bar and restaurant were great, the beach area was clean and well maintained. The resort is centrally located so you are close to all restaurants and beach bars on either side. The mini mall behind the resort has all kinds of shops and restaurants for anything you need. I would highly recommend Bananarama to anyone wanting to get the best West Bay experience!"

"This hotel was great the staff was very helpful and were very friendly. We had a 2 bedroom not to bad my only thing to add is we didnt have a mini fridge. We did have a microwave which was nice. The bathroom didnt have the basic hair dryer but we didnt need it anyway since its too hot and your at the beach all day. The rooms were cleaned daily with clean towels, trash cleaned and we had free breakfast included. Overall it was a nice hotel walking distance to beach with great staff and we enjoyed our stay. It is dated but not bad considering the price and you have all that you need for your stay. Would stay here again. "

"I never do this. I don’t want to mess with people’s livelihood but I want people to know what they are getting with this place. Started with no one in the office to check in for 10 mins. The room we were in (a separate stand alone) had mildew all over, poorly done workmanship, terrible beds and pillows. The refer was wide open and unplugged. I took pictures but they didn’t turn out well because we lost power the morning of check out. I really truly am not hard to please and totally understand the struggles of buildings in that climate. They have an amazing location at West Bay but they don’t seem to take pride in their rooms. If I had paid $50 or less, I would have been happy but this room cost me over $100. I hope this feedback helps them improve. "

"Clean room and property, mostly friendly staff, and not a bunch of rude guests like most bigger resorts. It's not on the beach which we knew going into it, but not a far walk to the Mayan beach or pool. There were never any beach chairs avaliable but really didn't bother us. Breakfast was decent and the young man working in there was extremely polite and friendly. If you're looking for a 5 star resort on the beach this isn't it, but it's a nice resort with a "small town" feel. We moved to Infinity Bay after this and while it was more upscale, I'd definitely come back here before returning to Infinity Bay. Overall a great stay"
