"Great location"

"Mercure promotes its commitment to sustainability, yet the room heating told a different story. When I arrived, the temperature was set to a sweltering 24°C, and it couldn’t be lowered beyond 19°C. Over my three‑night stay, I slept terribly, even with my unit switched off completely, the surrounding rooms kept the whole place uncomfortably warm. On the positive side, the reception team were excellent. They couldn’t have been more helpful, and both early check‑in and a very late check‑out were arranged without any fuss. The breakfast staff were also lovely and welcoming."

"Excellent staff, very responsive. Put us in connecting rooms (great for a family!) and provided extra duvets (we found the original ones a tad short). Glad we could drop off our luggage early. Had limited “lounge” space for evenings, but close to lots of restaurants and public transit. Would happily stay here again! "
