โI love this hotel in the hills. It's so convenient to start or end a long trip up to further away bits of Scotland. The rooms are clean, spacious and very comfortable and the views are stunning across the fields and hills. It's very quiet and has all I need. โ

โHydro is walking distance from all of Peebles. Beautiful place. The hotel itself has amazing views, very hospitable staff and good food and drinks. There are lots to do for kids too.โ

โWe stayed 2 nights and had a wonderful time, staff are so helpful and accommodating for anything we needed and friendly. Breakfast was nice and food places in the grounds are also good food my only thing Iโd say is I needed more than 2 teabags a day but again could get some from breakfast area. The facilities around the park are amazing especially the waterside as there is a speedboat, pedalos and bumper boats cost ยฃ10.90 for all 3. โThis is a top place to stay the night or a couple . Room was really nice amd clean and the pub downstairs is just brilliant. Keep you reading the walls for hours with historic bits and bobs.โ
"The location and view were truly excellent. Major tourist attractions were within walking distance. Right after check-in, we found that the bathroom sink was clogged, but it was promptly repaired. The breakfast was also outstanding. One downside was that noise insulation both inside and outside the hotel could have been better. Overall, itโs a very good place to stay in Edinburgh.
