"We went for a family trip to Bournemouth we booked this hotel, and it was absolutely amazing. They gave us refurbished family room which was just perfect. My only comment is for breakfast timing is very short as I’m there to enjoy my time, also the food order for breakfast needs to be organised may be give Breakfast order form to your guests to choose what they want to eat, a lot of mistakes and confusion I have seen during my stay."

"The room was tidy. Not expecting much as was a cheap nights stay. Was clean. One of the curtains was hanging off, windows too high to fix myself. Beds ok. Pillows soft. There was a fridge in the room and kettle. Paper cups for drinks. There was parking out the front. Close to beach a lot of steps or ramp to beach. Harvester at the beach. My daughter was woken up by bed bugs in the night but didn’t tell me until the morning. Left a message at reception as no staff around in the morning. Also messaged through this site but never got a reply from either "

"Obviously an ex-Premierinn hotel, so all the comforts like the great beds. AC in the rooms and a great breakfast. Really good value for money and a short walk to the lovely beach!"
