“We had such a wonderful experience during our last minute overnight get away we decided to extend our stay for another night! We loved the peaceful serenity of the balcony view, the comfortable bed and pillows, the warm friendly hostess Lisa ( who by the way gave us all the recommendations for our meals) and the relaxed but sophisticated atmosphere. “Very quaint and quiet. It is a very small town and everything closes early and there are no stores nearby so be prepared for that. I arrived late and hungry and was out of luck. ”

“I love staying at the Mountaineer. I stay there every time I go to Vermont. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Parking is very easy good location, central to many restaurants and other amenities. Very nice coffee bar beautiful pool for swimming. great atmosphere. Love the easy check-inprocess. Everything is digital no keys to worry about.”

“The two owners greet you at the reception desk and immediately make you feel at home. I had numerous conversations with them over the course of my two day stay. Anything I asked for, I got. Breakfast was made fresh each day by one of the owners. Having stayed in 15 hotels in the last 30 days, I would rate this the highest. Would recommend to anyone. Will definitely stay there again if the need arises. 10 out of 10 :-)”

“This was our first time to the Mt Snow area for hiking. My daughter and I enjoy finding hidden gems and wow this was amazing. We were only staying for the weekend, intending to hike in Jamaica and Wilmington. The hikes were great but our stay was amazing.
