“Room clean and newly renovated with very comfortable bed, but there was a reason for the ear buds laid out next to the coffee maker - the street cleaners and beer delivery trucks start quite early in the morning.”

“Abbiamo soggiornato in un piccolo appartamento composto da due stanze e cucina attrezzata. Garage coperto gratuito e possibilità di utilizzo (a pagamento) di lavatrice e asciugatrice comuni. Personale cortese e sempre disponibile. Non è centrale ma Eyre square si raggiunge con una passeggiata di circa 15 minuti o con tre fermate di autobus. Consigliato!”

“Good waterside lodging for a trip to county mayo. Make sure you having the # of guests staying correct in the booking, there was a significant difference from 2 to 3 guests, despite the room easily accommodating 3 guests.”

“We booked two rooms at this property only to be told upon arrival that they had misread the booking and only were in a position to give us one room, this was due to the fact they had just sold the other room, good way of making extra money. We did ask the hotel for a return on the other rooms cost but they declined and laughed saying well at least we have one room for you. Would never use this hotel again and would advise Hotels.com to remove it from their site.”

“Allthough I booked bed and breakfast there was no breakfast available!!”

“Staff was rude and mentioned during checkin that heat will be off from 12-6 am. When asked them to give this in writing they said that they told us that if we need heat we need to tell them. This was not true. They never mentioned this during check in. Also the behavior was not really professional. ”

“Good location, shame about everything else. Check in was perfunctory, as was service at breakfast. No hospitality at all. Room was the smallest I have ever seen, like sleeping in a caravan. Beds short, my feet were sticking out and I am 5'6", not very tall! No shelf or surface in bathroom for toiletries/make up. Very clean apart from finding an item of clothing left under the bed by a previous guest. This is an expensive guesthouse and we were overcharged on checkout, only by a couple of euro...

“Good, affordable spot not far from the main hub of action. We got a room that opened up into a kitchen and living area with an extra bed for our son. Cold breakfast was perfect for us. Tea and coffee and fruit were always available. I wish there was a spot to hang wet towels. Hooks are needed or towel racks.”

“워낙 골웨이 시내가 작아서인지 위치 좋아요. 체크인장소와호텔이 가깝긴하지만 쫌 불편했어요. 거실과 방이 넓고 큽니다. 그러나 식기류가 오래되어 사용하기 찝찝했고 잘때 쫌 추워요. ”

“Lovely comfortable apartment. Bus outside if you wanted to travel in to Galway city but we really enjoyed the walking back and forward in to town along the promenade ”
