“Lovely quiet and secluded. The area around the lodge is absolutely breathtaking. Breakfast and dinner were lovely as well. We used the lodge as our base for a couple of days of hiking in Connemara and it was perfect! The only issue we had was our room was too hot and we couldn’t find a thermostat to lower the heating, opening windows was not really an option because of insects.”

We needed to visited a few places in town and the receptionist Rebecca was excellent and rang the taxi rank and mentioned all our destination's and made it so easy for us, we also dined in the bar and it was so tasty, room 401 was spacious and the staff. We’re so kind even at breakfast. would stay here again 100%, felt like a home from home, when back to Galway - Angela 🌻”

“From the moment we walked in and we were greeted at the front desk, to our breakfasts, to dinner in the resturant the staff made us feel right at home. The rooms themselves were large, very clean, the beds comfortable, and the views of the clew bay amazing. Room service was fast and hot, the laundry service as well was very fast. I would recommend this hotel in a heart beat to anyone. We stayed in many hotels while in Ireland and this one was by far the best. As a side note there is a lot to do...
