"Room was clean, the area was nice. However they charged extra for the room when they showed me one price, then changed it and took the deposit even though I left the room as it was mostly with the exception of just a bit of trash in the correct receptacle."

"Sarah at the front desk was amazing! It was an event weekend and they were very busy, but the staff was fast and efficient and very accommodating. The food and amenities are and have been amazing for years. Always my first choice when visiting downtown salt lake."
