"The staff was amazing and my room was clean. That’s where it ends. There is construction happening so there is a mess you have to walk thru to get to the rooms. No dog bags outside in any receptacle. An entry/exit was closed because the glass was broken. The bed felt like a slab of wood and the shower door would not stay closed. "

"This is not the lodge you should be booking. It's heating was not functional. They told it is dysfunctional since morning only but actually its heating was not working since last 25 days. I took the pictures with my phone camera, and I want to upload. The curtains were damaged/broken. The room lamp light covering has burnt areas. It is a total disaster "

"Booked wrong dates "

"The hot tub was dirty. The scum on the hot tub wall was disgusting. There was so much chlorine that youre eyes burned and couldn't keep them open. The doors to each buldind are broken so sometimes you got locked out and had to walk all the way around to get in. The sleeper sofa was beyond uncomfortable. The mattress was like sleeping on nothing. For the cost of a room, it was not worth it at all"

"The room had been recently upgraded and was cute and clean. It has an electric fireplace. I would recommend fixing the entry door as it has a gap of at least l/2 inches. Blinds are old and dirty. Parking was great. I would stay again "
