"We stayed at one of the apartments for 4 nights. The apartment is spacious and clean. It was listed as having cleaning service everyday but we got only towel change one day, a quick vacuum the second day and a bit more cleaning the third day. The beds and pillows are not comfortable. The bathroom can use a bit of renovation and deeper cleaning. The staff are nice and helpful. "Først blev vi flyttet fra Hotel Skovlund ind til Hotel Schaumburg- 1 stjerne op til samme pris. Kender dog Schaumburg fra tidligere og blev så skuffet.. Vi havde booket i forbindelse med bryllupsnat. Først brugte vi en halv time på at komme ind på hotellet og kunne ikke komme i kontakt med nogen. Hotellet svarer til 3 stjerners istedet for 4!!! Glædede mig så meget til brunchen. Men blev så skuffet!!! Har fået bedre morgenmad på Capin i KBH!!! ØV"

"Intrigued by the nose bears, but mostly ready to enjoy the unique atmosphere of the place, I was working in the area this week and took the opportunity to stay here for a second time. Friendly staff, good food, hundreds of elephants and a beautiful setting are all an attraction. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here as often as I have opportunity.
