"Did what it was meant to do and was a good base before early flight in the morning. Bed was comfy The bar and restaurant was the best think about this place and was a credit to the hotel. The bathrooms were the disappointment of the water, there in need of an update, showers are slow, mould in the corners of the bathtub, taps, sink holes and finishings have all seen better days"

"There was an issue with my booking. The staffs said sorted it out for a while and it was sorted. I booked 3 single bed room but the room was a double and a single bed room. The staffs were helpful. The room was clean and comfortable beds. We don’t enjoyed eating the breakfast. Apart from breakfast, everything was good."

"This hotel is super close to the airport. Taxis are expensive to get here but if you are flying in, take one from Terminal 2 to save you some money. Do the morning breakfast if you can too. It’s amazing. Large rooms, really clean hotel, great location and friendly staff. The restaurant is pricy but the food is decent. It’s better for breakfast."

"It is a nice spacious hotel with a lovely bathroom. It is very comfortable for staying in before the flying out of Heathrow. Overall, we enjoyed the hotel and found only minor issues with a few small stains on the carpet along with the walk to the bus stop to catch the night bus being slightly further than we thought."
