"Horrific conditions, can’t believe they let students stay there. Mould, grime and the most uncomfortable bed we’d ever slept on (like a cardboard box). Don’t stay here. We’d booked two night and checked out early after one. I’ve been trying to contact since to arrange a refund for the unstayed night but no answer and no way of contacting. "The host goes above and beyond to create a really comfortable environment for travelers. So much attention to detail to make it a relaxing stay. Having things like tea, coffee, breakfast, snacks available when traveling as a family of 6 was beyond helpful! It gave us space to laugh, sort our luggage and rest before we flew out from Heathrow the next day. I also left my kindle behind, the team found it quickly and very kindly posted it to my UK address.
