"Loved everything about this stay. From a fair priced upgrade to check in when I arrived, to a yummy breakfast, clean gym, snacks and room service available, amazingly comfortable bed, and an affordable late checkout to accomodate my flight time. Super friendly staff. Would return!"

"Stayed only one night. Only had one restaurant that was serving. Service was show for an empty dining room. Food was average at best. Noticed the open kitchen and cooks handling food with bare hands. I guess we sort of expected better looking plates from a Marriott hotel. The bar facing the dining room seemed to be only used for the service staff. Dirty glassware piling up across the bar. Our entrees seemed to be garnished with rocket that wasn’t dressed. The food seemed to not be seasoned very well across the board. The front desk was great and efficient. Rooms were ok and showed some wear. I guess we expected a bit more from our stay with this brand. Wasn’t terribly bad just expected a higher level experience. "

"As a frequent guest here, it was disappointing that the checkin service and restaurant service was below the normal standards. The checkin Associate did not look at us at all during exchange… the server at breakfast was more interested in chatting to her colleague. For balance, service and the staff here are normally very good. This was a one off… "

"Convenient hotel, close to Heathrow, we used for an overnight stay begore flying home the next day. Very comfortable room and we enjoyed an excellent breakfast. All staff were professional & friendly."

"Friendly staff. A comfortable, quiet, clean, spacious room. The only issue is the bed and the tub are too high, especially the tub may be challenging for senior as it is too high to get in and out. "
