"This is a small hotel that has been updated and the bathroom was very nice. The staff was friendly and helpful, and I appreciated being able to have breakfast here. "Nice enough hotel in a very good location for all public transport links. Good size restaurant so no queueing for breakfast which was plentiful and well laid out. There’s a hospital nearby so sirens are regular if you are the street side. There’s no AC so sleeping with the window option comes with consequences. The quilt we had smelled and had stains on it but given how warm it was we only used the quilt cover anyway."

"I've stayed in a few airport hotels at Heathrow, and this one was definitely the cleanest and most comfortable. The staff was quite friendly too. The thing that I really appreciate about this Hyatt was that it had a bathtub/shower combination rather than just a shower. I really needed the relaxation of a bath on this trip, but more importantly, it kept the floor from getting soaked, which is a huge problem I've had with other airport hotels. This one definitely met my needs, and I would stay here again."
