The area was very quiet and the rooms were clean. However, there seemed to be only 1 shared bath among about 4-5 rooms. Seems like an additional powder room would be nice to add.

I did not like the fact that it was not clearly stated that this was not a hotel. If I want an Airbnb or a bed and breakfast I will look for it in a better site for this matters. I want it a hotel I. A safe area. I am very disappointed with Expedia and the fact that I was cheated

Inexpensive

Inexpensive option for Heathrow, not insuite so bathroom across hall. Wonderful host. Ubers to and from Heathrow (1.8 miles) outrageous, paid $40 to b&b, $60 back. Close to a few restaurants and groceries.

Not a lodge and barely a BnB. Both rooms we rented were very small and cramped. We had to share a bathroom down the hall with other renters even though the advertisement said "private bathrooms". the breakfast was cornflakes, bread, jam, peanut butter, tea and coffee and you made it yourself.

I had a short overnight stay in London, and needed something short, sweet, and simple. This property is fairly new to Expedia, and it was what was expected. Short and sweet. I was gone before breakfast was even served due to outbound flight. I didn't get to enjoy anything, due to my stay being so short. The main point of contact was friendly and welcoming. Location is easy to find, and close to a few walkable eateries. Quiet location (minus planes taking off). I enjoyed my stay, and will come back. Hopefully next time I'll have more time to enjoy everything in full.

Title: A Stay with Potential, but Some Flaws I recently stayed at a bed and breakfast that had its moments, but also quite a few flaws. Our experience began with a late check-in fee of TEN POUNDS, despite the fact that our train was delayed and it wasn’t our fault. It felt a bit excessive, especially considering the circumstances. Once we got to our room, we noticed there was no air conditioning, which made for an uncomfortably hot night. It was difficult to get a good night's sleep in such warm conditions. Breakfast was another area that could use improvement. It was served a bit late at 9 AM, which felt inconvenient for those of us eager to start the day. The options were limited, with just a bag of bread for toasting, peanut butter, jam, and one type of cold cereal. It would have been great to see a more varied and timely breakfast spread. On the positive side, the rooms were clean and well-organized, and I appreciated the fast internet connection. While there were some enjoyable aspects of our stay, I hope they can address these issues for future guests.
This was the breakfast served, not even a pot of fresh coffee for a bed and breakfast is unacceptable.

Woke up in a bed full of bugs!!!! They kept me awake all night because they were literally eating me, did not expect anything as disgusting as this. Don’t come to this place, it’s disgusting!! Had to go to the doctor because the bites were too bad

They say there is parking but they charge £15.00! You can park on the street between 5:00pm and 9:00am. Rooms are small but adequate.
