“There was mix up with our room. Got cancelled without us knowing. Phoned to try and cancel but we were told we couldn't get a refund if we did even though it was within the time limit of cancellation. We obviously didn't cancel and rocked up to find the room that they allocated to us was occupied and we needed another room. Luckily there was one available but we had to pay at the time. “We stayed two weeks here, making this spot our hub for our sightseeing outings around south of England. The room we had was spacious overlooking a very large garden creating a sense of being at "home" rather than feeling trapped in a hotel. Staff lives on the ground and are very helpful. Ample parking space so easy parking for larger SUVs. There are supermarkets close by, so there is an easy supply of fresh fruits and vegetable during our stay. Nice pubs nearby.
