"My stars were all high. But my overall rating was a three. This is because of small things that added up. The shower kept going from scalding hot to freezing cold every minute or so. There was *constant* banging around heard from another room that could be heard in the bathroom, even at 3am. The snack bar was not staffed, the machine wouldn't work with cards, and they had no utensils for things like ice cream. The sink was slow to drain, so it backed up frequently. One of the elevators broke. The room was rather small for the price. However, the room was clean. The bed was AMAZING. The staff was respectful and nice. The restaurant was good. The location was exactly what we needed. Parking was perfect (though expensive) and valet was optional. The view was nice in the room and the working elevators were quick and efficient. "

"Exceptionally clean facility. Staff was friendly, kind and helpful. As we arrived the wind was blowing and a staff member was outside sweeping up from a turned over garbage can! Did not get his name, but that effort is noticeable and contributes to guests having a clean and safe place to stay. Breakfast was good, although the location is small and resulted in long lines / delays. The rooms are nice, especially the bathroom. Modern showers were hot and maintained good pressure. Only areas of concern would be signage and parking. The hotel is hidden amongst multiple buildings and parking garages and the Lobby / Check in area is not clearly marked. The hotel is adjacent to a shopping mall (2minute walk) but you wouldn't know that by looking around as there are no signs. The free parking across the street was different and a little annoying since the attached garage was full of empty parking spaces."

"My stay was very good and bad. the hotel has 4 elevators but only 2 were working. Saturday night was horrible, the people in the room next to mine decided to smoke up their room since and it caused a whole massive emergency alarm to go off in our floor for bout 30 to 40 mins. After all said and done, 35 mins after the alarm went off and went silent, we had security come into our room by "accident""

"Everything was clean, and the staff were all helpful and pleasant. We had planned on eating at the steakhouse, Sear, on Thursday evening, but it ended up being closed. We were told this was due to low occupancy at the hotel, which was disappointing. Other than that, it was quite lovely! Would recommend."
