"We arrived after hours and had some issues with their digital key system, so we thought we were going to be locked out for the night. It wouldn't send a verification text to the number on file, so we couldn't get our digital room key.
Thankfully, they have an after hours emergency line. We called them, and they were more than helpful. Apparently, despite us not setting anything up, they thankfully saved a key for us in a lock box, and the emergency line was able to give us the code to get the key and get in.
We had 2 young kids along for the ride, and we'd been in the car for over 12 hours at that point. So we were a little more than peeved that we couldn't get into the room. But once the wife found the emergency line and we were able to get things sorted, we were more than happy that everything worked out.
Of note, the AC in our room wasn't able to cool things down, however when we mentioned this to the front desk staff, they said that maintenance wouldn't be able to get to it (it was the weekend). Then they asked if we'd like to try a separate room! We being cool-natured gladly accepted, and the new room's AC worked just fine.
There were some bumps, but I'd be more than happy to stay here again if it comes down to it. Definitely a great place to stay, and the price makes it unbeatable."
