"There is a blockage in the AC, before midnight water was poured down and wet the floor. I called reception and reported. Room key doesn’t work and we couldn’t get in. Has to go back downstairs again and get the key to go in. They moved us to the room with leaking tap. Water going down the wash basin every time we use. "Best valeu for your money at Nemberala Beaxh dor sure! Very nice swimming pool, eco friendly hotel, amazing healthy Food done by Tania, excellent support in all aspects by the Manager Thilo. Surfing 2 to 4 hours per day and eating the amazing personalized meals with extra protein as requested made me get fit and ripped, something I could never imagine happenning while on vacations. Thanks Thilo and Tania and the whole attencious staff!"
