“The first room we were put in the tv wouldn't work. The phone wouldn't work to call the desk. So my husband had to walk down there twice after the clerk tried to fix it once. She then put us in another room. It didn't have a clock like the other one, the beds were so uncomfortable my husband didn't sleep at all.
