“Staff was so welcoming. I was surprised when I saw them meeting us down at the parking lot (2 of them) giving us a warm welcome and offering to carry luggage/bags. Room had a great view of the lake and volcanos, bedding was comfortable and bathroom was clean. Entire room was so spacious. Breakfast was nice as well with a combination of many things we liked. Food and drinks were great. To top it all is the view of Lake Atitlan and the volcanos from the infinity pool. That is magical.”

The hammocks were extremely comfortable and one can sleep soundly to the sound of wind and wave. “The room was not only clean, but had a spectacular view and was so comfortable. Staff was so nice and accommodating. One of the best parts about our stay was the included breakfast and the dinner (not included) which was delicious! We thought we’d explore the island more for dinner but ended up eating at El Picnic because it was just that good. Gaby is an amazing hostess and went above and beyond to assist us with whatever we needed as well. Thanks for a great stay that we will always remember!”

“The hotel is in a good location, it is in a more secluded area, but is relatively close to the main street and the ferries. Clean and comfortable rooms, and staff allowed for early check-in which was very convenient. I would recommend the facility owners to install smaller lamps next to the bed as there is only the bright main light.”

“굉장히 잘 관리된 정원과 자쿠지에서 바라보는 아띠뜰란 호수는 정말 눈을 즐겁게 만들어 줍니다. 방이 좀 춥긴 하지만, 그 외에는 모두 좋았어요. 방에 냉장고가 없고 나가려면 무조건 툭툭이를 타야하는데, 호텔에서 운영하는 툭툭이가 있어서 한 사람당 10께찰씩 지불하고 잘 타고 다녔습니다. ”
