“Beautiful hotel on a beautiful property. We loved the location, the big blue slide, and the hammocks. Staff were all very nice. The restaurant was a bit pricey so did not eat there. We were supposed to get free drinks but unfortunately we were not told it was for only certain types so ended up paying. Walkable to many restaurants, souvenirs, and ferry docks/boats. A little warm at night in the room but slept with the windows open and felt very safe. Bed was a bit too firm. Overall, would stay...

“Excellent ”

“The hostel is located right at the base of Santa Cruz which made it super easy to grab the lanchas. My friend and I stayed in a private suite which was really nice and cozy. The grounds of the hostel itself are stunning and so relaxing! They host family-style dinner's every night which was so wholesome and was a great way to meet new people. The only cons I will say is that there's only wifi in the common spaces, and wifi doesn't reach the rooms. Other than that, I loved my stay! ”

“A lot of stairs to the rooms. No A/C, no screens on the doors so you have to close the doors and gets a little hot. Beautiful scenery of the lake from the rooms. Birds singing in the morning. Cafeteria is facing the lake. Beautiful ”
