"Mold in the room paid for bigger room with living room and separate bedroom with 2 queen beds but instead got there and was sent to the 3rd floor to a room with one king size bed where the paper was off the wall every door had been opened with crow bars this staywell should not be up and running its false pictures of the rooms online I see why they changed the name to try and make people think it not the same drug trafficking place but unfortunately nothing has changed besides the name needs to be closed and torn down. "

"This is the 2nd time we’ve tried staying at this place. The very first time we tried staying, my room was prepaid for like I do every time. We tried checking in after hours just for nobody to answer the phones or nobody was at the desk with the roll up blind shut. Most recent stay was able to have someone at the front desk (lovely lady). The beds are ehhhh comfortable and the frame they have the bed on is unacceptable. This hotel is going the cheaper route to make the customers satisfied not happy or beyond happy. Me personally i won’t book here again, you get what you pay for."

"Room was very nice, super clean and the bed was actually comfortable for a hotel room bed...the lady that checked us in was super nice and full of personality, loved her!..wud definitely recommend "

"The first day we had to change rooms. It appears the linen had not been changed. We stayed for six days. They cleaned the room two days. We asked each day. We had to ask for clean towels most days. When we left the floor needed to be vacuum."

"The gym has one treadmill, one elliptical and a rack of barbells. All equipment was in good condition, no wipes or spray to clean before/after and only shave for one person to use weights. Our rooms smelled like feet. The bedding and linens were clean. The air conditioning unit was old and difficult to maintain a consistent temp. Breakfast was underwhelming. Pastries were dry, bananas were not ripe and oranges were old. Scrambled eggs were good. What I noticed most was the lack of heat in the breakfast area and the people hanging around...I don't think they were staying there... They looked unhoused to me . This is def an older property. "
