"Staff was very nice, helped me with my parking pass and early check in. The room was ok, but desperately needs upgrades features in the shower. I also hate the smell of smoke, it’s 2026, isn’t it time to get rid of smoking inside?!"

Staff wasn’t helpful with the situation either. Talked to manager and “there wasn’t much he could do”.
