"From the beginning, our short stay was disappointing. I have traveled extensively and have stayed at many hotels. Never has the check-in process been worse. We stood in line for over an hour just to check in! Then we found out about a $64 resort fee to be paid on each room on top of the room fee. We slept there one night - never even saw the pool , gym or any other amenities."
