"The room was spacious and very clean. The bed was nice and comfortable. So no complaints about the room at all!! The food selection for the complementary breakfast was just yogurt and bagels. Maybe not enough kitchen staff? Or it is to avoid food waste? If you are a big breakfast eater you may be a bit disappointed."

"It was a nice place to stay for the 1 night we were traveling through to catch a concert in Charlotte. It was small 2 double room. I’ve stayed at the Hyatt Place in other cities with larger rooms and bathrooms. Staff was incredibly nice friendly and helpful. We would stay again"
