“Temizligi ve 15 arayla kabeye servus olmai cok guzel. Kahvalti guzeldi. Sadece elestri olarak çamasir makinesi yoktu. Uzun sure kalacaklar icin dezavantajlı olabilir. Ama utu, su isiticusi dahil bircok cihazi var.”

“Really enjoyed the friendliness of the staff, convenience for groceries (there is a grocery store right across although the prices are high), a shuttle bus that comes every 40 minutes to take you to a transfer point for the Haram. Breakfast could use improvement but the dine-in menu for room service is very good! Overall I was very impressed by the amenities and facilities (gym and a very well build mosque inside). They are extremely welcoming and available to tend to your every need. ”

“Bedding and towels were so clean and comfortable. Room was supplied with everything we needed. The scale in the bathroom was a nice touch. Place is quiet, all staff are nice and friendly. The only thing I didn't like was the water pressure of the the sink fossette. The shower was super powerful but the sink was very annoying. Didn't bother to complain as I was out most of the time. Oh and when you flush the toilet it splashes water on the seat so i have to rince it every time. Probably water...

Staff very kind, very helpful, they arranged my early check in request without any problems. Room very clean. Excellent breakfast. Overall, superb experience. Strongly recommend to everyone.”
