Excellent customer service, excellent staff also in general (cleaners, staff in buffet areas and receptionists). Literally all of them were welcoming and were happy to see you. Felt very welcome. The hotel is one of the closest locations to masjid Al-Haram. You cannot beat it.

Our overall stay was great over here. From Check in to check out everything was great. Rafal helped us with smooth check in and provided us with all the required information briefly and was very welcoming. Room was also with a breathtaking view of Kabaa same as we saw during our booking. Overall experience was great over here.

**Wonderful Stay** Fantastic experience from start to finish. The hotel is in a very convenient location, and the room was wonderful—comfortable, spacious, and absolutely worth every penny. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. The buffet was exquisite, with a great selection and excellent quality. The waiters were also very attentive and made sure we were well looked after throughout our meals. Overall, a wonderful stay with excellent service. I would happily return and highly recommend it!

Hotel was very close to haram only 5 mins walk so that was a big plus Main breakfast dishes can be better by adding more variety. Cleaning staff and front desk were very helpful and always ready to help Only reason I gave 3 stars for staff is because we requested extension of 2 hrs during checkout from two rooms and they did not agree. Having stayed there for 4 days they could have easily accommodated our request. Just want to make sure management is aware of this.

I am very happy with the all staff every thing was good nice Excrllent only problem one lift not going to the recieption you have to change to the other lift on the different place if you ignored to go with this lift and said wait to the other lift coming dose not coming only comong back same lift
