“Updated and spacious rooms. Buffet was good though I’ve had better at Swissotel Makkah (not Maqam). Friendly staff. Very convenient location with access to everything including transportation. Cafe was good. Overall incredibly convenient. Fast elevators. Never felt crowded. Adhan and Salat are broadcast in rooms. Great option for families with children”

“Really enjoyed my time at the hotel. The shuttle bus to the Kaabah was convenient. The restaurant had nice good and the hotel was close to the haram.”

“Hotel is great and walking distance from the Haram, however as a steep slope walking back to the hotel is very hard specially when you are tired. Very difficult to find the hotel with all the construction work happening around, we were lost for 45 minutes. The housekeeping staff specially MD Shafiqul Islam was extremely helpful went above and beyond to find me a bucket to soak my feet as I was tired and in pain. “Not sure if this place qualifies as a 5 star property but I had a pleasant stay. The rooms are definitely dated and could use updating but they were comfortable and clean. Breakfast was a buffet with a lot of choices. Walk to the Haram took only 5 minutes. Getting to the property by car can be difficult as our Uber drivers could not find it and then when we finally found it he could not stop in front of it so we ended up having to walk through the crowds of people with our bags to the lobby....

“Stayed at the above hotel last week. Brilliant service from check in to check out. Duty manager was extremely helpful. Housekeeping staff were fantastic. Restaurant staff were friendly and attentive- always ready to help. The hotel staff could not do enough to make sure that we were comfortable and well looked after. Best location for Haram access. Would highly recommend and definitely look forward to visiting soon again. ”
