Check in was slow, room was not ready even I reached after 4pm. Handed me the key, did not explain anything. My breakfast coupon was not given to me. It was as a little embarrassment in the morning in breakfast room. Staff was courteous otherwise.

I highly recommend this hotel, the staff are extremely generous and helpful, hotel is very well maintained, it has a nice lounge with comfortable couches on the main floor, the cafe guy is very nice and respectful he also makes the coffee on point. See you guys next time I come to Makkah inshallah

The good - the reception staff, the price The bad - the breakfast (the danish pastries were far and few between the hotel guests, and super dry, expect very basic, and cold breakfast), the bathroom sink silicone was molded (forgot to take a picture), the shower gel ran out, the details on the Expedia page are misleading, the hotel is not a 3 minute drive from Kaaba. It’s at-least 10 minutes drive from Kaaba.

Good hotel, bad internet

Overall stay was good. However the internet didnt work most of the time. Stayed here for 4 nights and the internet was a major issue. Being Ramada they should have fixed it within a day. Also the mattress wasnt comfortable.

Communication is a problem, staff only speaks Arabic for the most part. Big language barrier exists for English speakers and Arabic speaking staff.

Service blanchisserie à revoir

Hôtel très fréquenté, chambres confortables et plutôt calmes au vue du monde présent. Le séjour aurait pu très bien se passer si l’on n avait pas perdu les vêtements que j avais préparé pour le service blanchisserie. Ceux ci ont été apparement jeté à la poubelle. Tous les jours, on m’a répété qu’on allait nous les apporter pour finalement nous dire qu’ils avaient été jeté à la poubelle car laissé devant la porte. Aucune possibilité de voir le directeur, ni aucun dédommagement proposé. Nous avons demandé qu’ils regardent les caméras de vidéos surveillance mais sans succès. Niveau d anglais du personnel très moyen ce qui ne permet pas de communiquer facilement. Concernant les navettes, c est assez simple de se rendre au Haram, but du voyage en moins de 10 minutes mais bus bondé, compter encore 20 minutes à pied pour rejoindre clock tower. Literie confortable et chambre spacieuse.
