We had a truly wonderful stay at the Novotel. The entire hotel is exceptionally clean, highly comfortable, and a great place to stay. What really made our visit memorable was the amazing staff. A special thank you to Jaman at the front desk, who was incredibly helpful in smoothly extending our stay. We also want to recognize Saiful, who went above and beyond to assist us with the extension process and provided excellent directions to local attractions. The buffet food was amazing with a huge variety of options to choose from, and the entire dining team was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Housekeeping also did a fantastic job keeping everything spotless. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back!

Great hotel and great staff members. I came during a very busy time in Ramadan, but the front desk team did their best to facilitate check-in for my group. On a special note, I would like to thank the property for going above and beyond in helping us recover a pair of earrings we had accidentally left in the room. Their honesty, efficiency, and care truly stood out. Overall, a wonderful experience with exceptional service — I would definitely stay here again.
