The property is spotless and the staff is consistently warm and respectful. I especially want to mention Abdur Rehman from the breakfast buffet. He was genuinely such a pleasant person and looked after me every morning. His kindness and attention really stood out and made my mornings feel so welcoming. I also needed to extend my checkout by an hour and the team was incredibly accommodating. Little things like that make a huge difference when you’re traveling. Overall, Fairmont continues to be my go-to. I always feel comfortable, cared for, and at ease here."
