“Parking is very easy but the biggest thing about this Motel is the staff. Both the night staff and the morning staff were just helpful Beyond expectation.”

“Very friendly staff and we were happy they were actually open in the off season. Very few amenities and there were some odd things (like only outlets on one side of the bed) but overall it was a nice place. Convenient to have a door directly outside with a dog ”

“there’s a 2 inch gap underneath the door. The beds are from the 80s. The tub was dirty. The hotel was pretty empty, but still you heard anything and everything coming and going throughout the building felt more like a motel six in the crappy part of a town.”

“My family and I enjoyed our stay here. It was perfect for us (5 adults) it was close to the areas we wanted to visit. The beds were so comfortable and the owners had the room ready and warmed up for us, so when we arrived we were able to sleep comfortably. Loved the options for grilling or pizza oven. They also had a very nice deck with plenty of seating and fire pits. We will definitely keep this place as one of our top options when visiting SD again!”

“If I could give it 0 stars, I would!! We arrived at the Love Hotel in Murdo and the entire place looked deserted, not a single car in the parking lot, no staff, no lights, absolutely nobody at the front desk. We tried calling, ringing the bell, waiting… nothing. It honestly looked abandoned. Which come to find out, locals from the town said it had been vacant for the last 3 months! Because there was literally NO ONE there to check us in, we ended up having to find another hotel late at night...

“Room was clean. Very cold. Had the heat turned up as far as it would go. Laminate floors cold too. Tv quit working. Outside security doors unlocked. No coffee machine or iron. Pretty basic.”
