“We had a fantastic stay for our family ski holiday. We've stayed in other places in Avoriaz in the past and the location of L'Amara is just spot on for children. Our appointment was directly above the ski locker which was straight out onto the run. We used the pool area a couple of times and although it was quite busy, it never felt crowded. The parking was convenient and easy to access the appartment from it. The appartment itself was actually surprisingly roomy for an avoriaz appartment....

“Nous avons séjourné 2 nuits fin juin dans cet hôtel. Les chambres sont bien. En été le parking est gratuit dans parking sous le télésiège à 50 m de l’hôtel. Un espace piscine et balnéothérapie magnifique. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir. Sonja et Christophe ”

“Chambre très propre, literie excellente. Salle de bain très propre, avec douche à l’italienne où l’eau s’écoule très bien et une vraie porte de douche qui évite d’inonder le sol à l’extérieur de la douche. Personnel très accueillant et serviable. Garage à vélos et lavage disponible, très pratique quand on revient d’une sortie vtt un peu humide. Rapport qualité/prix excellent.”

“A great place to stay and handy for the centre of Morzine which is within 5 mins walking distance. The staff at the hotel were exceptional with nothing being too much trouble. The room was perfect for what you need after a days skiiing. Very clean and nice and warm. Would def recommend this hotel 💯”

"친환경적이고 아이거북벽 뷰를 감상할 수 있는 전망을 제공하며, 맛있는 조식서비스를 제공하는 시설입니다. 웰컴드링크 두잔, saver day pass를 끊지 않고 Vip pass를 구매하기 위해 그린델발트 터미널 역을 이용하는 날을 위해 그 곳까지 이동할 수 있는 티켓도 제공, 아이들이 뛰어놀고 즐길 수 있는 작은 놀이시설, 로비 옆에 위치한 바는 장작도 피우고 즐길 수 있도록 제공, 다만 베개가 낮고 솜이 없다시피해 자는데 좀 불편했어요. 그 외에 모두 만족했어요. 스위스에 다시 온다면 다시 방문 할 예정입니다."

"The employee are not kind. They said I couldn't check out before 7 a.m., so I checked out the night before. And the next morning, when I left at 6:30, there was no one at the front desk, so I took water from the regri at front desk. Suddenly, an employee came out and asked why I was taking water as I wanted, and said that I had to ask for it first. There was no one around at the time so I had no choice but she treated me like a thief and ask if I was a hotel guest. The staff didn't even ask us again if we needed water as we left, and I continued my trip in a very bad mood all day. Another problem is that the hotel front desk is not open 24 hours a day. Is this the guest's responsibility? The room quality is not that good and the bathroom is too narrow. I will never visit this hotel again."
