"The front of hotel crew — the gentleman assisting with the street check in — luggage, directions to park, and assistance with making a u-turn on a downtown Memphis street — was cheerful and a great ambassador for the hotel. The receptionist was great in covering all the details — and was helpful again the next morning with the coffee bar. Such good cheer from them both! The rooms were beautiful, clean and comfortable.
