We enjoy the charm of Tachikawa — a smaller town with a relaxing atmosphere — which is why we chose to stay here instead of Shibuya or Shinjuku. The hotel offers excellent value with reasonable prices, spacious rooms (especially by Tokyo standards), and warm, welcoming service that makes us feel at home every time. Everything from check-in to check-out was smooth and professional. Highly recommended for anyone who prefers comfort, great service, and a more peaceful setting while still having easy access to central Tokyo. We will definitely return!"

We loved that there were plenty of great restaurants and shopping centers nearby. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the in-house restaurant served delicious meals.
