"The parking structure is underground. There are 2 sides to the building, the hotel side and the work-space side. The hotel side has 3 elevators. 2 elevators get you to the 30th floor where the reception desk is located, however, 1 of those elevators get you to the parking area (so if you come down the left elevator and need to down to the parking area, you need to exit the elevator on the 1st floor, select the down button and enter the elevator on the right). "THANK GOODNESS I booked this hotel cause it was storming when I arrived and had no umbrella. It’s the only hotel I saw that was basically connected to the hotel with a covered walkway, almost to the door so I was able to roll my luggage easily and only had to cross the street uncovered to arrive and that saved me and my suitcase from getting soaked!!!!! "

"It is a great hotel, however just across the street from it is a fire station. Therefore, there were frequently firefighters being dispatched and sirens from across the street. Other than that, it is a very good hotel. The breakfasts they served were excellent!!"

"The hotel is conveniently located close to the train station, and Sario Puroland. However, it is a bit dated. There is no side table by the beds. I am surprised that they do not have a coffee maker in the room. The air-conditioning in our Hello Kitty room wasn't working so it got a bit stuffy during the night."
