"Great location, no more than 15 mins walk from the station, just 5 into the historic centre. I was advised I'd be staying in an annexe over the road, often being put in a separate building means a run down place for budget visitors but I was amazed!! This was like a suite with giant comfortable bedroom and attached bathroom & kitchenette looking out onto a garden. The front desk staff staff were so helpful with directions & it was like having my own apartment for the stay. It was out of season...

"These apartments are very safe, clean and have all the amenities needed for a family visit. I traveled with my two daughters so having a nice area to prepare meals is a must for me. Everything I needed for our short stay was included. Staff is very professional, and instructions to access the apartment are very clear. "If you’re staying in Bratislava and want easy access to the Old Town and a vast number of cafés and restaurants then this is the perfect apartment. Unfortunately there were many items that were not cleaned in the property and this was not pleasant. There were no batteries in the tv remote and after buying and replacing them the tv was found to be faulty. A replacement tv arrived 3 days later. The property is advertised as being air-conditioned but this turns out to be a mobile...

"I had paid extra for late checkout but the cleaning lady still walked into my room while I was partially undressed. I emailed the apartment and they gave me an extra hour to checkout and the cleaning lady STILL came back in 30 minutes. They didn’t knock they just opened the door. When I told the apartment they said that they asked her and she didn’t walk in the second time. Which is a flat out lie. The exterior of the property is horrible too and the pictures make it look way nicer."
