“A beautifully decorated hotel in downtown Lviv, close to everything. Good size room and bathroom. Cleaning service was excellent. Surprisingly quiet despite being in the area with heavy traffic. Ruslan ( I believe he is a reception manager) was very helpful with every need or question. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay there again.”

The staff all were incredibly professional, attentive, and made the extra effort to make our stay so memorable. “It was a very nice hotel to stay at. The girls at the front desk where 10's very helpful and pleasant. The restaurant staff were great. The only down that I could think of would be the bed was harder than I prefer. The air raid siren was a rude awakening but the staff was very helpful when asked where to go.”

“It's my second stay at this hotel and I just love it. There is so much attention to design detail, with everything from quirky options of messages to leave on your door for housekeeping, to local books left in your room, in case you need a good read. Everything is in top condition, and for something rated as three-star, it has everything a much more highly rated hotel delivers, including a fully stocked mini-bar. The restaurant is good and has a nice outlook. The young staff are very polite...
