"Very pleasant stay. Hotel is well maintained and in a great location. Lots to do nearby, and walking distance to so much. Convenient location for the monorail. Everything was clean and felt safe. Super cute decor, and the live flamingo habitat was a bonus. Love those flamingos! Two downsides: our room in the Habitat Towers overlooked the walking street between the Flamingo and Harrah's, and it was really loud at night with music from the bars and restaurants. Bring earplugs! Second, there are very few free chairs at the pools, so you either have to pay upwards of $150 for a lounger, or wait for a seat to open. Way high priced IMO. Otherwise we had a great stay! Would stay again."

"I am writing to share some feedback regarding my recent stay at your hotel. While the hotel was excellent in almost every respect, there were two significant issues during our visit that greatly impacted our experience. First, the check-in process was extremely slow. After enduring a five-hour flight, my party and I were exhausted, yet we were forced to wait an hour and a half just to check in and get to our room. After traveling so long, waiting that length of time did not feel right. Second, our breakfast experience was highly disappointing. The breakfast was of poor quality, and the waitress who served us was very rude, which put a damper on our morning. Given how wonderful the rest of the hotel is, it was disappointing to encounter such poor customer service at the front desk and in the dining area. I hope you will address these issues with your team to improve the experience for future guests."
