It is an old property, but does the job. Easy going stay, enjoy the river and pool. Easy drive to close by attractions, London bridge, museum, 25 minutes away from the rest of the hotels on that side of the river. If you just want to relax on a budget with kids and even with no kids; this is a great stay. We will find the thrifty ice cream open in one of our trips.

The room was clean, lots of space. Staff was friendly and helpful. We ate at the Feather's Cafe staff where nice and food was great, good portions. Outdoor pool was nice warm water in Aug. We like that there's a adult only pool as well. The beach was clean no trash very nice. Would go back again.

Our room was visibly dusty & it had a bad smell/ odor. The staff was nice, they did offer us to change rooms after we complained. We really liked & enjoyed that the Avi has beach access & the pool area seemed nice although we spent most of our time on the beach area & casino/ bar. Overall it was a nice family time experience.

It was an overall fun place to be at. The kids loved being at the pool and hanging out by the river and even watched a movie! We have made some core memories at this place. The room had some stains in the carpet that could be worked on and the sink seemed to be backed up, but other than that the staff was very accommodating when we needed to switch rooms.

Very nice stay. The staff working at the Mexican restaurant in the food court were very nice. My son really enjoyed the pool. The only thing I would say is I wish the table games were open more. My son said he would like to go back

Great place for vacation, pool is amazing but the staff at check in are the rudest people ever and worst customer service. That’s my only issue but food is great river was nice. The customer service really needs to improve. It almost was really close to feeling racism.

Check in was fast and friendly but the key didn't work so they moved me to a different room. The rooms are nice but the tub was stained. We were on the 6th floor and there were no ice machines so I went down to the first floor there was only 1 ice machine and it wasn't working so I went to second floor and found ice. The next day there was no ice! The pool and beach are very nice! No lifeguards though.

No towels when need at the pool and after 6pm if you shower there is no cold water. Staff was great thou. Great place to brings your kids but after two days we were ready to go.
