"Staff was ill-tempered and somewhat hostile, and breakfast was not cooked well and not served hot. The hallway smelled like stale cigarettes and dirty laundry."

My only real complaint was that the WiFi connection. It was so slow to the point where I just logged off and used my LTE data because it was faster and I needed to get work done. I could log on to a website but anything beyond that wasn’t happening.
